How to request deletion

1. Send an email to info@payx.org.uk.
2. Use the subject line PayX Hub Account Deletion Request.
3. Include the full name and email address used for your PayX Hub account.
4. If relevant, include your organisation or merchant name so we can locate the account faster.

What happens next

Our team will review the request and may contact you to confirm ownership of the account before deletion is completed.

Once the request is verified, your PayX Hub account and related profile data will be scheduled for removal.

If any information must be retained for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, or financial record-keeping reasons, it may be kept only for the required retention period.
